The Coordinator at the Chamber of Natural Gas Industry conference “New segments of natural gas industry development”
Mr. Janusz Gwiazdowski – the Coordinator for negotiations to the President of the ERO, at the invitation of the Chamber of Natural Gas Industry, on October 24th and 25th, 2019 participated in the conference titled “New segments of natural gas industry development” held in Lublin.
The Coordinator was asked to speak on the role of out-of-court dispute resolution, including consumer disputes, in the gas sector, in the light of recent amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure.
In the speech delivered jointly with Mr. Tobiasz Szychowski – chairman of the Economic Mediation Centre at the Chamber of Natural Gas Industry the Coordinator, among others, drew attention to the fact that for gas companies, amicable proceedings is an opportunity for effective conflict management in the company’s structure.
The presentation met with good reception by the participants.
