Coordinator elected as the President of the European association comprising of entities that help resolving out-of-court disputes in energy sector

At the Meeting in Rome on February 19th, 2019, the members of National Energy Ombudsmen Network (NEON) – association seated in Brussels, Belgium have elected Mr. Janusz Gwiazdowski (Coordinator for negotiations to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Poland) as the new President of NEON. The association’s governing body is elected until the end of 2020.

Coordinator for Negotiations at the President of the ERO was admitted as a full member of the Association in September 2018.

NEON is the European network of independent, not-for-profit consumer dispute-resolution services and ombudsmen, active in the energy sector. The Association’s members have the public mandate to provide an easily-accessible and free-of-charge way to solve disputes between consumers and energy companies.
