Agreement between Coordinator for negotiations to the President of the ERO and the faculty of Law and Administration of University of the Warsaw on cooperation for organizing student interships

The Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (hereinafter the "Faculty") and Coordinator for Negotiations to the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter the "Coordinator") wishing to promote among students the idea of amicable dispute resolution and desiring to enable the Faculty’s students to complete full-time internships - 240 h - provided for extrajudicial internships, concluded on March 25th, 2019 an agreement on the organization of student internships.

The internships are addressed to students interested in the field of mediation, negotiation and arbitration, who additionally meet the criteria set by the Parties.

Enrollment will be announced periodically, throughout the calendar year, depending on the opportunity of the Coordinator to handle students at a time. Enrollment will be announced using all means of communication of the Faculty, i.e. the website and relevant profiles in social networks. Admissions will be decided by the applications order and a positive decision on the admission of the student made by representatives of the Faculty and the Coordinator. Upon completion of the internship, students will receive an appropriate certificate.

On the Faculty’s part the implementation of the agreement was deputed to the Dean of WPiA UW Plenipotentiary for the Student Internships.
