„Power of settlement” - the award of the President of the ERO and the Coordinator for negotiations to the President of the ERO
December 12th, this year a solemn gala announcing the results of the 12th edition of the RESPECT Index took place, during which the "Power of settlement" award of the President of the ERO and the Coordinator for negotiations to the President of the ERO was granted.
During the gala, apart from bestowing the "Power of settlement" award, the results of this year's survey were summarized and the list of companies qualified to the RESPECT Index was announced.
The RESPECT Index project aims at selecting companies managed in a socially responsible and sustainable manner, as well as strongly emphasizes the investment attractiveness of companies which is characterized by the quality of reporting, level of investors relations or information governance.
Thanks to the joint initiative of the President of the ERO, the Coordinator, WSE, Deloitte and the Center for Dispute and Conflict Resolution at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, this year's edition introduced changes in the study preceding the Index’s roster, which consisted of considering issues of amicable settlement of disputes, including out-of-court consumer disputes, by publically traded companies in particular by energy companies.
