On 1 December 2021, she was appointed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office as Negotiations Coordinator for the President of the ERO.
Ms Izabela Dąbrowska-Antoniak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and obtained her attorney qualifications in 2013.
The bulk of her professional experience has been related to protecting vulnerable market participants, and covered a scope of activities ranging from legal advice, mediation and representing consumers in courts to involvement in the legislative process, also at the EU level. For 10 years, she was associated with the Consumer Federation, and worked in the Financial Ombudsman's Office starting from 2015.
She was active as a member of working groups of the Financial Market Development Council for the Minister of Finance as well as of working groups of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. For many years, she also sat in the Council of the Banking Arbitrator.
Negotiations Coordinator for the President of the Energy Regulatory Office is entered, with number 8, on the official list of entities authorised to conduct proceedings concerning out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
