Coordinator for negotiations
On May 22nd, 2017 he was appointed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office to the position of the Negotiations Coordinator at the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (WPiA UW) and the Center of American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Counselors in Warsaw. He had also completed MA studies in social psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (SWPS), specializing in economic psychology and risky decision-making.
He gives classes, participating in simulations, training and research projects related to the subject of mediation, negotiations and other methods of amicable dispute resolutions. He participated in numerous domestic and international conferences regarding the issue of amicable dispute resolution. He is a permanent court mediator entered on the list kept by the President of the Warszawa District Court in Warsaw and the list kept by the President of the Warszawa-Praga District Court in Warsaw. He has concluded over 300 court and contract mediations.
As of September 7th, 2017, the Negotiations Coordinator at the President of the Energy Regulatory Office has been entered at number 8 in the register of entities, authorized to conduct proceedings regarding out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
At the Meeting in Rome on February 19th, 2019, he was elected the new President of National Energy Ombudsmen Network (NEON) – association seated in Brussels, Belgium. NEON is the European network of independent, not-for-profit consumer dispute-resolution services and ombudsmen, active in the energy sector. The Association’s members have the public mandate to provide an easily-accessible and free-of-charge way to solve disputes between consumers and energy companies.
